Did 92 hilly miles yesterday and its ridiculous how much it ripps my upper body to bits. My legs feel ok today but my shoulder blades, elbows, wrists and hands are savaged. Need to get back in the gym before coast to coast and toughen up. Pretty scary that I was on empty after that ride yesterday and c2c is another 60 miles and 4 times the climbing.

Think I might also try double wrapping my bars with decent tape too to try and dampen some of the road vibrations off.

Try Specialises Roubaix tape, I have it on my bikes and its a little thicker than the others I have used.

I was going to before I bought these fekkers. But they didn't list smorgasbord in 650b.

I was telling Pete about them and he emailed them and turns out it was a webpage fuck up. Arse!

He's got some delivered today!

Smorgasbord for the money is a really good back tyre. Probably the best I've had/used.
