Thats why Z4's have drain holes in the doors. Water is allowed to run through them. Only problem is when the membrane fails and then you have wet carpets

Cars looking good mate. What was matey over the road doing with his convertible (z3?)

Loads of cars have drain holes in the doors, when I was working on the classics I was for ever unblocking holes and drilling new ones to empty paddling pools from doors, Aston martins and RR and bentleys suffer badly

Same problem on my viva with doors. A few small holes drilled in the bottom. Paint them and it's fine. Then a light coat of wax oil in the door.

Really not keen on the arches. Think yours looks good as is. Why are you putting the manta axle in?

He has 2 z3s.

He has had a cayman s for a while. The 1.9 silver one he bought just because it was cheap.... He loves it and has since bought the 2.8 blue one for a bit more power.

Cayman s sits unused lol

Yea it will be for an engine conversion. I wont be doing it myself, kid on the forum is a dab hand and local so will help... Most likely a v6

The manta b axle is ideal as near enough bolts straight on just is 60mm too wide

The manta a axle would be better as they are the correct width but they are too rare and expensive

You can fit a 4ha axle with a lot of work but too big for the power i want so no point

In addition to the above my arches are shit on the rear, the shape is all wrong so id imagine theres a good amount of bodge in them.... No brainer and i quite like them

They're better indicators. Probably just me but with those headlights and indicators makes it look like an old ford?

Edit: Arches look awesome colour coded imo.
