Just do away with the oil cooler all together remove sandwich plate and put in a shorter 8valve oil filter insert. One 10mm Allen key and job done. Simple

Little update : 30.04.2012

As the weather was better today, decided to go and check where the car was leaking from. So put some more oil in it and left it to get warm. Couple of minutes later started leaking again.

Any ideas what it could be before I tell you?

Easier enough job but gotta order a couple of bits.

I'm without car all bloody week now.

there is a bit of the plate that can catch the crank or end of a rod, if you search it on migweb it will tell you which bit to bend out of the way if using 8v baffle and gasket.
