ur deffinatly getting better and actually u are alot better than sum of the painters i have seen whilst going round sum bodyshops!
you deffinatly need to start charging more though cos your just far to cheap for the ammount of work that is involved!!!

me dad did it all, fans were..........£30 each, mdf was cheep cos it was off cuts from local mdf plant, strips lights were mainly sourced from on the farm in places, its prob come to 400ish(GUESSING) i guess with all paints, screws, plastic, lights, electrics etc etc etc!! dad paided for most of it i just paid for fans and stuff then i pay him for each job i do!!
so he gets summit back also!

thanx for all the nice comments guys, it really makes me wanna do more and keeps me motovated when i am tired and exhausted!!! just got home from work, going out to move the car and prime up some skirts and spliter for a celica now!!! hehe

get some static dust sheets, they bassically attract the dust to them so they dont go into the paint, got sent a load of brochues at work and the stuff looks good

Finished effot looking good, and nice and quick2 which i was what people like.
and with the set up you have, you could EASY do that full time,
Just dont undercut urself with price as at the end of the day, good work is worth paying for and not many people can do that sort of stuff (properly)

sorry dude, but i have got all that info as i am uni, saw it in aftermarket ages ago
they r just like the normal polythene sheets but have a static charge to them which supposodly attracts the dust to the sheets and away from the paint.

i know i said flakes arnt my thing but i know from a spayer mate they arent easy to get right and from the photos yours looks spotless. so i just wanted to say you must be talented, wish i could get my car reprayed by u

im jelous. ive trying to do mine but im failing miserably. its gone from this
a big splosh of filler later and a few layers of paint and it now looks like this

just taken masking tape off, paint is not perfect still bit of contamintant in it but still pretty chuffed with it, flakes look funky in different light also, only small flakes but look good!!! will start to put it back together tomorrow, paint is still really fresh at the min and not to hard!!!

fair play to u got having a go tho, thats wot its all about, not an easy thing that u are trying also smoothing arches, i have not done that before cos get scared them plastic arches will crack!!!! does look good when its done well tho
