Hopefully it will get noticed this year when out and about and maybe that chance will come up.

Been cutting down my outer CV's so that I can fit in the centre caps, wheels look much better with the "i" logo in, 2 mins with a very fine metal grinding disk made mince meat out of them
Chris Astley induction hose arrived, looks like Chris is making his own and not using Roose Motorsport ones anymore :lool:

Had to cut down my, induction hose to make it fit with the viper on the end it was about 1 Inch to long!
Quick cut with the stanley knife and in she pops, just need to go buy aload of stainless hose clips now  thought I had some but didn't so the rusty one had to go on.

Decided to make my spare look more like a dirty old spare, not keen on black wheels so if I ever have to use it, will make me go get my other wheel sorted ASAP:
Think I'm going to mask of the spokes off when its all dry and do the rim silver, then get a 195/45/15 fitted as the 60 looks way to big!
Also nicked one of Sam Fear's ideas...

A smooth inner boot panel, get rid of the bulky part where the wiper motor used to sit...
So cut a bit of board out to fit in place:
Will trim it in black alcantara when I get some more, from the suppliers!

Just been in garage fitting irmscher door pins, and chrome door handles.

Next few weeks should see the doors finished off, carbon mirror covers and window winders! Fresh alcantara door cards and my custom speaker pods finished off in alcantara too.
Also spent some time tidying up the wiring under the bonnet tonight, but thats not finished yet so will get pictures tomorrow hopefully with the new header tank in place also.

Trimmed my interior boot panel tonight,

Fitted my coolant bottle last night, but forgot to take a pic, so will get that another night when its a bit lighter!
Just had another go at trimming my door card, 4th time I'l have done it over the years and first time I've fooked it up, so I called it a night and ripped the alcantara off for another attempt tomorrow!
got some fresh www.sbs-bodystyling.co.uk stickers made up by cape coast customs on here for my side windows...
and my latest addition to the pens at work

hi, just found a link to this on club polo, there even talkin about it on there lol. ive had a corsa for 2 years now, and i have sat through and read this whole topic. that corsa is easily one of the tidiest i have ever seen. you can tell so much effort has gone into it. fair play mate.
