what setup did you use for the rear discs then? cables etc?
im asking as i want to fit them to mine but worried about the bias valve issues on the axle...
looking well by the way !

i bought the m-tech kit and followed the instructions from that , mk3 astra gsi rear discs and calipers and i belive the cable is from a mk2 astra gte 16v , i havent noticed any real bias issues yet but havent really hit the brakes mega hard alltho i have it fully unadjusted and i have stretched the spring even more to help it.

fitted a couple of these on the rear of the corsa today



been over brakeing slightly on the back with the rear discs so il see if these help.

i take these just limit the fluid/pressure to the pistons?

those valves youve fitted, are they adjustable? and have you noticed yet as to whether theyve sorted your problem bud?? pics are nice

no there not adjustable but they have stopped it locking up afaik

numerous theorys atm from bad bore finish (no honeing marks) bad oil, bore wash, or tollerances too close. all 4 bores are naffed and atleast 1 piston
