i didnt have a problem, worst comes to worst when they answer say you want to order something so they speak to you then just tell them its about the depos.
the several times i phoned dave answered, once he tried to fob me off but i said ''i know its your dave'' funnily that was the day they processed my refund.

For information - I've been discussing this with Mike at PDT via u2u and he has today suggested that calling the number is no use as V Sport is now an 'internet only company'.
I happen to think that's a crock of shit and I'll be posting his mobile number unless I get a satisfactory answer as to what bodily disorder is currently prohibiting him from operating a telephone.

I was actually going to post a similar thing!
I tried the V-Sport number, no joy, so tried the 'new' number on the PD Tuning website (08456 529 539 ). I phoned several times, and got no answer, however one time it did put me through to a mobile phone voicemail, and it kindly read out the number too!
I will phone both numbers again tomorrow to see if anyone actual picks it up! What a great business that cant answer a phone eh!?

i phoned vsports number to get my refund, dave did actually call me back aswell. fuck knows why only some people have been contacted about a refund :S

Phoned today! spoke to dave he said phone back at half 12! forgot all about it, phoned back at half 2. Spoke to sum other lad and he said he would sort it out! money should be in the bank 2 to 3 workin days! il update then!

Brother has been in contact with Dave and says the money has been refunded to him. Nothing appeared in his bank, so he phoned them and they are saying a refund can take up to 10 days for it to appear in the account

it wont take 10 days, if its a bacs transfer ( so going from one bank to another ie halifax-barclays ) it would take 3-5 bank working days. although my refund was received in 2 hours because of the new faster transaction law.
