Thanks fella Yup, sprayed with red tint spray then lacquered, well happy with the results, cleans the rear up no end. There was last time i went i think, dunno if it would still be there though.

A few things changed in time for trax, but not as much as i'd hoped for. My wheels arrived from germany thursday evening but cannot for the life of me find any 185/45/15 tyres to get fitted so looks like i'll still be rolling on the speedlines. Shame really as i'd have really liked to get the new wheels on for something a bit different. Oh wells, the other lil things have been sorted so a lil change for trax. Gonna spend today cleaning and sorting ready for you lot tomorrow .

Trax was good even if the weather was a bit miserable at times. Was good to see peeps and have a lil chat and stuff. Anyway, on with a few pics courtesy of Mark Sutton of how the car stood at trax
And just for you Jamie, a teaser pic of a wheel
Something with a lil more poke

Well, they're more typically a VW wheel style, as in deep dish etc, although i've never seen any of these on a VW. Then again, i've never seen any of these on any car tbh

Really nice car mate. You're doing a top job on it! I really like the CDX rear bumper, like you said it's something a bit different to the norm.
The only thing I'm not hugely keen on is the grill but other than that I don't really think I can fault it at all!
Keep up the good work

Thanks very much . I know what you mean, i wasn't too keen on the grill at first but it kinda grew on me. The colours were actually supposed to be the other way round. It's ended up just sorta staying the same, kinda different i spose
