Use resistance bands as an aid. tie them to the bar and then stretch them over your legs to take some wof the weight off you untill you build some strength and get used to the exercise.

I'm guessing they haven't, I wouldn't bother anyway not massively accurate, just use the mirror and pictures to measure than one visually.

There are lots of wieghing scales that do body fat % too. If you don't know someone with one they aren't very expensive to buy.
I've ordered most of the stuff I need and it should arrive next week. Just need to finish off the kitchen so I can get a fridge to put the chicken in

Which heart rate monitor did people go for? How do you rate it?
Also, those of you who have been doing this for a week now, how are you finding it all?

Ive got the Polar rs100, some really good features on it, and the belt is really comfortable which is the main thing as have worn some in the past where it rubs like shite.

Its the only way to get it tested mate, those electrolyte machines and scales that work out your bmi dont work. The only way to do it is with calipers, you can get it done at your gp.
Buy some adjustable dumbells if cost/space is a concern

I've had a look at adjustable dumbells and for the weight range they provide they are well priced.
