that's legs and back done...

I'm really shit at pull ups, anyone got any tips? ones where my palms are facing towards me i struggle with loads, and ones where my palms are facing away i do alright but my left arm is alot weaker than my right.

Use resistance bands as an aid. tie them to the bar and then stretch them over your legs to take some wof the weight off you untill you build some strength and get used to the exercise.

I'm guessing they haven't, I wouldn't bother anyway not massively accurate, just use the mirror and pictures to measure than one visually.

I wouldnt of bothered if I wasnt getting a load of stuff already tbh, Id of just relied on the pics for comparison which is probably more accurate anyway than those stupid things.

Yeah i'm going to just take a measurement myself or whatever

There are lots of wieghing scales that do body fat % too. If you don't know someone with one they aren't very expensive to buy.

I've ordered most of the stuff I need and it should arrive next week. Just need to finish off the kitchen so I can get a fridge to put the chicken in

Which heart rate monitor did people go for? How do you rate it?

Ive got the Polar rs100, some really good features on it, and the belt is really comfortable which is the main thing as have worn some in the past where it rubs like shite.

I think i'm going to get some more weights, using my mates at the minute but they are pretty shit

Had a look in argos but doesnt appear to be too much there

exactly? so where do you get them from? I want some like they have in the vid - heavy but small.

Its the only way to get it tested mate, those electrolyte machines and scales that work out your bmi dont work. The only way to do it is with calipers, you can get it done at your gp.

Buy some adjustable dumbells if cost/space is a concern

I've had a look at adjustable dumbells and for the weight range they provide they are well priced.
