Well then you might as well be riding a 600 if you're not going to adhere to your licence conditions.
I dont see any argument at all, the rs125 is the same speed restricted as a 125 4t. The 4t will be a much better commuter bike, the MPG will be much better, much much more reliable. Everything you need from a 125.
Racing 125's on road is akin to racing a 1.0 corsa around maccy d's car park

No you cant a CBT would restrict you to a 125 with an output of no more 11kw..
fair play, but in the real world i'd imagine most the rs's are derestricted with the rider's on cbt's. great bikes though, especially when the power valve kicks in
