So today got well stuck in with the new look gus , set about stripping gus pics will do the talking .....
Emptied gus out which filled my garage nearly!
Trial fitted my buckets to see what they look like and to save space in my garage
That's pretty much all I did today along with sort out what I don't need so there's bits for sale now.
Next job is to get rid of all the sound deadening, best method ? Hair dryer ? Should keep me busy ....
Anyway thanks for looking !

Christ, buckets in too. Nice work. If you want to get it all out its going to need a heathun. It will kill a hair dryer pretty quick.

Sound deadening chips out with the use of a flat screwdriver/scraper and a soft mallet.
I never used a heatgun on mine atall, came out easy using the above.

I will have a suitable bung in my Aladdins cave for the wiper. Is the engine OBD2 compatible?
What size brakes are you running? Will 13's fit over them on the front?

HAHA. I put them to good use and to be honest with a slider pin missing they would have also been dangerous! I'll make sure I'm free and rested ready for a bit of messing.

Nope, only a couple of hours once you add it all up.
Wiped over all the remaining residue with white spirits, and all was good.
If you get the technique right, you can lift up large flat sheets of it at a time instead of just chipping away at it like a mad bastard.
