Found out why it was so difficult to get it Ito gear, the person I bought the car from had only out automatic gearbox oil in it! It was a pain in the backside filling it back up with the correct oil!

My road is meant to be a secondary grit route, yet the road is snowed under. What do we pay tax for!

Hey guys, sorry its been a while but havent really had time to update this thread.

Not alot has changed or progressed, apart from she had a good compound and a polish and wax and she is gleaming! And the tiger seal is sitting with my side skirts that are going on tomorrow!

What is the best thing to use on the seals ect to get polish off? Its really bugging me seeing white marks!

I use auto glym fast glass on a cloth to wipe the polish off the window trims and bumper tops. Then use auto glym bumper care afterwards.

Have you tried clay barring the car to get the polish off?

She means she has polished it and has got white marks on the window rubbers and plastics from the dried polish. I was advised to use fast glass on a cloth to remove it.

Angry is not even the word! Was parked up Beachy Head enjoying an ice cream with my mum, this car pulls up beside and slams their door into my car, to the point it shaked my car! Got out an it had dented my rear pannel, they were Australian and so rude! Would not give me any of his details took his number plate but that was a hire car, doesnt bother me about the dent but the fact he was so rude and no apology

Try calling autovaux. Genuine parts at a fraction of the price. Tell them your reg and they should be able to send the right part out quickly.

Sorry guys about no update, the car is sick lol. One thing after another! Took it up to Vauxhall yesterday to go on the machine to have computer reset after fitting new knock sensor only to find out the EGR valve has gone, me being me asked vauxhall how much it would be Trade: £220, phoned up someone else £81 delivered! So I think I know what I will be doing. Side skirts have also had to come off, really not happy with the way they have gone so they will be getting rubbed down and prepared again then sprayed! Dont think the roads around my area have helped either with getting re tarmaced and loose pebbles on the road! Collecting the car later so hopefully she will be all fixed by the weekend!
