Arnie and Lewis

Nice to see Maranello pulled their socks up and the boys back to being competitive but at Pitstop gate what a waste!!

Lewis' qually lap was ASTONISHING by the way, Nico doesn't stand a chance he only ever had a chance because Lewis wasn't sure of himself. Going to get a bumming this year. That'l learn him for the Monaco thing..

Race was a bit of a shit day for F1 though. Half the cars missing, drivers off sick, cars blowing up, and the odd crash. Then it seemed 80% of the pit stops were a shambles!!

Hopefully next race will be a bit more traditional

Good result for Hamilton but a bit of a boring race. Not enough cars, hardly any overtaking

Struggled to stay awake. So boring apart from lap 1.

Only 11 cars finishing and Mclaren still can't get a point

Only car on track that didn't score points

Fucking love it when Ron Dennis' arrogance takes a dent

Red Bull throwing the toys out again, saying they might quit F1 if the rules don't change to make it more equal. Lapped by both Mercs which were probably running at 80%.

Always the way. Love the fact that vettel was on the podium yesterday. Rubbing salt in the wounds of red bull.

Starting to get a bit bored of Horner. He just seems to be moaning all the time. I can understand it to a degree as they haven't made the engine but that doesn't mean that everyone else should suffer.

STR has emerged as the leading candidate should Renault choose to buy a team and re-enter F1 according to Autosport.

Horner really is coming across badly.

If Renault buy STR, surely that's the start of the RB pull-out? Save a few quid on the sister team and then pending any miracle turnaround the main team will be on Gumtree I reckon.

Audi apparently.

The thing is the rule changes that Horner mentions when Red Bull were winning weren't really rule changes, they were implemented because Red Bull (and others to be fair) had bent the rules. You could argue that their period of dominance was because they were the most inventive with how they tried to get around them.

Mercedes are so far ahead because they got their engine right first time and the other teams can't really catch up because of the developments restrictions. Maybe it would be better for the sport if those restrictions were eased but who's to say Mercedes wouldn't just leap further ahead?

redbull story is great as its hows it was not just down to one man, Newy being able to develop a good car - his support team obviously played a huge part as did the engine manufacturer

now a few key people have left redbull they really are struggling

Not bitter about Hamilton at all, by far the best driver last weekend just gets a bit boring, and I still think that the team are more for him than Nico

lets hope the next race is better

If Nico retains his edge as the better qualifier this year, then we'll get some good racing between the two I think.

If Hamilton has relocated his qualifying form - then we're in for a depressing year for Nico and non-Hamilton fans

I'll take a boring year, get to 3x WDC then I don't mind if it gets mixed up a bit

sad news. Ridiculous that such a powerhouse of a nation is dropping out.

At least there will still be 19 gp's though. Is Mexico confirmed?

It's also ridiculous that one of the most famous tracks in history won't be hosting it.

Vettel was very close to taking Pole then.

Done well to split the Mercs. The rain definitely mixed things up!

Yep, Nico being a cunt again.

Also at asking for driving advice. Does he not fucking understand the rules? You never hear Lewis asking for stuff like that, he just gets on with what he's paid to do.

Fucking prick
