FINALLY seen 'The Dark Knight Rises'

Seriously good 9/10 had me gripped from start to finish. Only some badly timed conversations and some bad acting stopped it from being a 10/10.

Initially Bane's voice was annoying but as it went on it was growing on me. Didn't see the twist at the end coming though

Oh and I only ended up watching this as we turned off

'The 5 year engagement' after 15 minutes as it was fucking awful 0/10

Seems to be a load of badly made movies recently 'Bridesmaids' being another shite big film

Premium Rush - 7/10 - Storyline is a little weak but it's an ok watch. Wouldn't have paid to go see it though.

Premium Rush - 6/10 - About as good as a movie about riding round on push bikes can be

Batman Dark Knight - 7/10 - Good if a little cheesy in places, Bale's voice change when in the suit was proper cringy.

Skyfall - 8/10 - Great film, doesn't top the best one (Casino Royale) but still superb

Amazing Spiderman 2/10 - Turned it off after about 40 mins

Savages - 7/10 - Good watch

Lawless - high 7/10 Something a bit different and not normally my thing but enjoyed it

Bourne Legacy - 6/10 Slow start, got better as it went on, story too complex when they start mentioning names like they expect you to know who they're on about and the pill stuff seems to have come out of nowhere.

Also re-watched a couple of oldies to make good use of the new projector

Seven - 8/10 - Morgan Freeman, nuff said
Adjustment Bureau - 7/10 - Love this film
Shutter Island - 9/10
City of God - 8/10

This is pretty much premium rush for real!

- I remember watching Premium Rush thinking it was fairly far fetched / nonsense and then I saw the above and realised it was real.

Spiderman 2 is the worst, when he hangs up his costume and just walks about watching people getting done over

This wekeends viewing:

Knocked Up 9/10 a classic could be a little more quotable but otherwise j'adore
Munich 9/10 love it, amazing film but tails off a little near the end
The Time Travelers Wife 8/10 gets me like a big fluffy rabbit everytime :/
Ted 5/10 3 of those given for Mila Kunis, 2 for Peter Griffin voive, otherwise utter shite. Hate Mark Wahlberg too, Boogie Nights adie (and eve thats debateable) one of the worst actors ever
Batman Dark Knight Rises 7/10 farrrr too long and plot is too long winded and daft but otherwise, ace, Love the Robin connotations at the end. Is thingy supposed to be Batwoman or Catwoman though??

i assumed so, but she wa sa little too goody 2 shoes.

also, wasnt keen on this bane character either, would have personally preferred a more traditional character for a 3 parter but hey ho, never realise dit was tom hardy until the very end and the flashback - good acting and put on a shitload of weight!

Ted - 8/10

Pretty much a perfect comedy. So many awesome quotes. Can't wait to see it again.

I was in tears within the first minutes when the narrator said:
"Now if there's one thing you can be sure of, it's that nothing is more powerful than a young boy's wish. Except an Apache helicopter. An Apache helicopter has machine guns AND missiles. It is an unbelievably impressive complement of weaponry, an absolute death machine. "
