Top Gear - Worst car of all time - 8/10

The usual top gear dvd but a bit more interesting than the others imo. Not very funny but interesting nevertheless and worth a watch as always.

The pursuit of happyness - 8/10 - love Will Smith. Probably not the beat choice for Christmas eve though

cloud atlas - 7/10 long film, kinda weird and odd. decent though. some people said it was difficult to follow, i thought it was pretty well done and easy to follow really.

Flight - 8/10. Very good film tbh, raises a thought or 2 about the actions of the pilot denzel Washington and his intoxicated state being able to cope with landing the plane etc. partially based on a true story I believe.

I might watch Flight tonight, also have that bin laden one to watch aswell, anybody seen it?

St George's Day - 7.5/10.

Was going to give it a 9/10 but the ending was a bit short for my liking. Excellent actors and a decent storyline, could of been slightly better but still a very good watch.

Total Recall - should have called it Total Garbage!

3/10, weak story line, wooden acting, boring!

Flight - 8/10
Quite a long film (2.5h), but didn't find myself bored at all.
Misses enjoyed it too.

Seal Team Six: The Raid on Osama Bin Laden - 7/10

I've watched documentaries on it before but this was much better and more interesting. Could of been made more into a film and of been amazing but i enjoyed it enough

I wish I'd read that before buying the blu ray this afternoon

The only redeeming factor is the CGI which is totally lost given every place looks exactly the same. The casting director needs shooting for casting the wife/melina with almost identical actresses

So disappointed. How could it be so bad given the Arnie one was so great?

2/10 at best

Paul Verhoeven is the reason why. All of his films are a bit special.

They shouldn't remake these films. Robocop will be ruined too.

I don't count R3, that was an abortion of a film.

Dredd 8/10

Story was ok, action was good, effects was good.
Should have dropped the crappy blood cgi, but overall really enjoyed the film.

the slow mo blood bits were for the 3d I assumed which didn't really add anything although I'd like to watch it in 3d just to see. It was a lot better than I expected as a film. Better than the Stallone one by miles.
