well ive waited in for my stereo to come to just be informed its been returned to sender! grrrrr all this after i spoke to someone on the phone confirming it would be delivered today. utter bollcks. PARCEL LINE ARE CRAP

rang the company, they want another £13 to send the stereo as it has been returned. i told them to get stuffed and give me a refund, so now i am £13 out of pocket for nothing!
