You have to phone the PD Tuning line, Dave always picks it up, and insist on your money back! Dont let this drop people! My brother was phoning pretty much everyday!! A phonecall only takes 5 mins!

Not all banks are signed upto the faster transfer system though. Although worst case it takes 1-3days, 100% not 10 days!!

10 days is what the bank quoted as maximum time for a refund to appear in the account

OK, update.
After posting that I've been speaking to Mike at PDT, someone called Mike contacted me to say that they were Mike who used to work for Dave and that they quit the other week.
So the person I was speaking to wasn't that Mike. Perhaps another Mike. Or perhaps Dave.
So we now have still the email address -
vsportsales@aol.com
The PDT phone number
08456 529 539
Mikes old mobile number which was a work phone which he as since surrendered back to Dave
07890029893
And the last known good mobile number for Dave
07824566751
If anyone requires me to update their information in the first post let me know.
Can you also reply in here with your progress with those contact details.

My reply from VSPORTSALES@AOL.COM
"Thank you for the email,
Your refund has been processed at 15.35 today via HSBC bank. They have advised that it may take up to 3 days to complete although most do so in less than 2 hours on a working day.
AS for your letter, I can assure that it was not received at our premises. We do not have a postbox and often if nobody is here to sign for items they are taken to our central unit at the complex and signed for there, occasionally this is the case and we have found in the past they often fail to inform us of post arriving. If you want to send the tracking number I will be happy to chase it up and see exactly who it was that signed for it.
If you have any further problems regarding the refund, please feel free to contact us Via this email address. Vsport no longer trades at the old premises and I simply work for thge new owners as an employee so I am not always available to accept calls.
David Appleby
Manager
Vsport"

I wouldn't worry about the letter. The letters were only because under DSR you should write one if you want a refund.
I think we're past DSR and on to criminal proceedings. Luckily the Police are already aware after Dave went to them about this thread. We did our side of the deal weeks ago. Daves side - returning money - isn't done yet. So that may require another call at some point.
