if you cut it out entirely, you lose a fair bit of the structural rigidity that helps with panel shape etc, the cage will more than make up the strength in the chassis but the outer body would be a bit flimsy, especially around the door shut, plus, holes look cool as...

i have an alarm clock i set for ten minutes everytime i give willay an air tool and turn my back, when it goes off i check on him, working on the principle he cant hurt himself or the car fatally in that time scale...

righty, so not at pv, but did find time to look at the 'burg today amongst nova and manta engine works...
it needed some attention to get the front wing/bumper fitting right etc, some pretty extreme moves needed but hey ho…

panel gaps are much nicer, even got some of the bonnet dent out too…



needs a tweak to the bumper mount, painting in the right colour, then its back to how it was
