Managed to squeeze the s3 maf into the K03s TIP with some gentle persuasion....took me about 2 hours of wrestling with a bit of heat, a file and some lube to get it in mind!

bought a few clamps for here and there, mainly where the maf goes in, dont trust the jubilee clips i have, and its a bitch finding them so big and the shape deforms etc so got some of these

stuff from forge turned up too, so will bin off the secondary air system when i get a chance!

Grille looks fine in chrome, and I don't usually like them chrome! Lights would look good split and smoked though as that is one thing I think does look better on any car now.

Better pics of exhaust required tbh!

Good progress Lee, makes me want to get my finger out and sort my Fabia! Although I have priced up some AP coilovers and got my eye on some Merc rims!

What sort of power you aiming for? About 300 bhp?

merc rims rock!
power wise im aiming for 280ish, anything more is nice but i dont expect it on the k03s. aiming for nice usuable power throughout the range, not nothing and then everything associated with the bigger turbo builds!

That will be a nice figure, nice and smooth compared to the civic!

I know Merc rims rock, trying to work out to make them fit, aint got a clue about adaptors etc! I'm running White Pro Races at the mo and there too chavy!

You got to spend £££'s to get good power on Fabias!

removed some more uneeded stuff from under the bonnet, all simplified with a pipe from the dumpvalve to the inlet. going to order a newsouth inlet gasket to stop it transfering heat from the head too. whilst i have the inlet off think i'll be painting it crackle black, thats the theme ill be going for under the bonnet me thinks with a few other things to match.

put resistors in place of the sensors and no codes as of yet

Turbo has been collected today by CR turbos, should be back by next weekend hopefully. Will get it bolted on asap.

also ordered a Newsouth inlet gasket, stops heat transfer to the inlet to give lower inlet temps, have heard good things about them and a member was selling one cheaper so thought what the hell, inlets coming off for a lick of paint either way so!

Stubby aerial, reception is crap but don't listen to stereo anyhow...

de-wipered the rear, never used it anyhow

had it on the rollers today too

graph...

nice base to go from for future mods, which by the way has started, turbo is at CR being hybrided

borrowed some signs aswell in typical scouse fashion....
