Cheers mate! Wish I could get better video's as it really does sound ace.

After driving it a couple of days with the new system you can definitly tell the difference in performance, in general its alot quicker all the way through the rev range and much less restrictive than before, Im really happy with it at the minute

Give it a couple of years and I'll probably find it too loud but for now Im really enjoying it, beats the sound of a 1.0 12v I had for 3 years

Just deleted the video's just incase of any trouble occuring from them, tis loud, can't seem to get good quality sound on the vids anyway but you get the idea for those who wanted to know what they sound like.

Not sure if this is an update as of such but Ive been offered a swap, I won't say anything is 100% yet but its tempting, been talking about it with my parents and a few mates tonight, we are looking at eachothers cars tonight so will see what comes of it, bit random I know but Ive always liked his car and hes always liked my car so hes offered the swap so would be rude not to look.

I haven't left yet
Had a few texts from the guy today and hes swaying each way really, one minute he wants to have a look and the next he says he isn't too sure, supposed to be meeting him at 8 but I just get a bad vibe from the whole situation, shall see what happens.

Well what a fecking waste of time that was.
Took me an hour to get there after hitting bad traffic but made it on time, wasn't in at his place so got told to meet him at an Asda, waited another 20 minutes for him to arrive and when he did arrive he was there for about 5 minutes before he got all annoyed after I pointed out a dent/crease and bad paint work on the rear quater and blasted it out.

Long story short, Astra still here and it was a Type R I looked at by the way.

Plan was to use it for abit then sell on for profit and look to get a VXR with abit more saving, but considering he offered a straight swap for mine I should have known it was too good to be true.

Yea sod it, I really enjoyed the drive with the Astra last night, some nice country roads so Im keeping it, I was never going to keep the Type R it was just a way of getting more money to upgrade again but the Type R was too cheap so should of known there was going to be a catch.

So next on the list is a new engine bay layout, was going to go for the TX Autosport CDTi kit but am tempted to go for the Courtenay sport kit along with there high flow plenum, and will see if courtenay will do the hoses a different colour as they get there hoses from Samco anyway iirc
