I looked out my window and saw this, it was more red but the camera couldn't pick it up. A longer exposure might have helped but getting a tripod on my windowsill is tricky
PP: increased brightness and contrast, increased saturation on master and reds, brightened shadows.

Earlier I measured the height of the sunflower that has been randomly growing in the middle of our vegetable patch. The weird thing is, we didn't even plant it, it just appeared. The real height is roughly 100 inches which is 8'4" which is also ~250cm. For any doubters, I had to actually get a stepladder to do this, and this pic was taken from slightly lower than the top of the plant hence it being in-line with 8' exactly.
PP: Auto tone, increased contrast, increased saturation.

At the end of last week I ordered a couple of CD's in the Play.com sale, one of which was Aurora by The Deer Tracks. I hadn't heard of them before them but checked out a couple of tracks on YouTube and they seemed good. For £2.99 you can't really go wrong! Not the most composed shot I'll admit, but it's a super cool box

It rained throughout my lunch hour today so I couldn't go out for a walk, so I made do with one this evening. Here is one of the village phone boxes. I've no idea why it doesn't take coins now, it was rarely used as it was so now it must be pretty defunct.
