I would hope if it was introduced that it wouldn't apply to the parasites?
The freeloaders don't even put their tuppence in for their own thoughts, so shouldn't have the right to dictate which posts they do and don't see? As well as being tight they must have no self control, no-one forces the spongers to reply!?!

Bin laden was hiding in Afganistan according to intelligence then. Is now rumoured to be in Iran hiding in aim sight
Iraq was a chance to finish what they couldn't do politicly in 1991 and had the added bonus of securing the oil supply from the east.
Even if the got Bon laden now his name is in pop culture and the media so much they have accidentally created a legend that wouldn't quit even if he died or was encarcerated IMO
