Hmmmm i do funking love them but shit for them is MEGA expensive! £400 for a sport front bumper :O About the same for seats Would be a fun new project i just dont like driving it

finally fit my 2.0 brakes today along with drilled and grooved discs and braided lines
first thing i set to was rebuilding the calipers (not fun atall)
quick size comparison on the discs

took this picture before fitting braided lines, also yet to fit the rear lines aswell :s main problem with the whole thing is the brakes feel terrible the pedal goes soo low feel worst than my small brakes so need to sort that at some point and also paint a few more bits up

Have those pads not got a non-frition backing? copper slip on the backs with the no friction backing is a bad idea.
Otherwise, bleed them, Will just be air in the system from doing lines etc. I assume if you pump the pedal it goes hard.

not sure done them with my mate whos a mechanic he said put copper slip on so i did yeh he did do a pretty good job at bodging them without a bleed kit just let it squirt out haha ill be taking it to my other mate at his garage monday to bleed them properly

yeh dan they look huge compared how can i tell if the pads have a non friction backing? if so do i need to take the copper slip off?

v6 brakes are crap tbh i have them and the pedal feel it rubbish goes down to much, spongy and thats with them bleed and braided lines, id have went for 2 litre ones just

Of a 1995 Mk3 Astra 256mm. And mine are fine,nice and hard and with you having drilled and grooved they'll be even better Sean mate.

someone reversed into me today
i know its not major or anything but its so frustrating that people dont pay attention when driving... seemed like a nice bloke though and is going to be paying me the cost of the paint to repair it :s
