Same. I think when it was just the engine cover it didn't look great. But with the air filter lid and air/fuel box thing done as well it looks good.

Cool, can you feel any performance difference between the k&n and standard drilled box? i want to go to a drilled box so gotta go scrappy at some point

You shouldn't notice any performance difference between a standard airbox, a drilled and derestricted standard airbox and a cone filter. It's all placebo effects or just very very small differences. If you're after getting the best sound then a K&N panel filter with a drilled and derestricted standard airbox will give the best results. Drilling larger holes will create a gruntier tone. Cone filters can mess with the MAF as well so you're better off just sticking with a standard airbox.

Depends how far you want to go with it. Studs on chassis legs and bulkhead could be ground off, bonnet cable and headlight cable could be completely hid, battery relocated to boot, top fill rad and do away with header tank. Just to name a few things
Just a few ideas, its looking very clean anyway mate , good stuff.

Gear linkage is easy mate! Get a 4mm drill bit, pull the plug out the back of the selector housing bit put the drill bit in then wiggle it across so that the drill bit locks it in place, then get in the car lift the gaitor up and whack another drill bit through the two holes on the side of the gearstick and housing. Then do it up tight and it's all sorted
