Tonight I am trying a chicken curry

I grabbed one of the flavouring sachets made by Schwartz so we will see how it goes!

Had gammon in cider last night, was alright but not great. Think that was probably due to using shitty strongbow though

Jerk chicken next and then hopefully curry goat if I can find some decent meat

Deffo best to seal the meat before cooking. And thighs are underated, better than breast for this kind of thing.

Aye, you can see inbetween the top 3 dumplings the meat has started falling apart
