drum stick event on the vectra. fair bit of play in the old ones. infact they were fucked, both sides tbh.

old

new

i can imagine puma owners would be spitting feathers at the surface rust and lack of powder coating.

actually wasnt a hard job at all. someone told me it was bottom arms off etc. wasnt anything like that at all. easy to do if anything.

Will get the tracking done at work tomorrow.

If they're doing it on a horzontal or vertical borer it would only take about 20-30mins to set up the clamps for the first wheel then they use the same setup for the rest. The actual cutting would only take about 5-10mins per wheel, then the setup time for each wheel after the first would only be about 5mins.

Is there no where else you can try phoning first? Either that or ask them the method they're doing it and ask why it would take so long as if you're just curious.

tonights incredibly amazing job was bleeding the brakes. this was helped by sideburns to opperate the pedal and my old pal vtec alan who i havent seen in a while. crazy fake southerner he is these days. all done, was suprised at how much air there was.

next up was to dissmantle a phone cigarette lighter charger which electronics geek slick is going to re do with some wires to wire direct to the car as the corsa doesnt have a cig lighter socket anymore.

then mounted the amazing suction cup phone holder. going on some trips with the car where sat nav will come in handy so will use the phone, hence it being fitted.

grand indeed.

that man called slick, pictured below, had made up the wiring for the charger. wired it into car. featuring slicks budget iphone 3gs in the pic as the superior iphone 4 was used to take the pic

slick sat in the car. looks happy about something. perhaps its due to not being able to make the oulton park trip?

seen as it was jacked up due to checking how to do screamer back into downpipe, i decided to attach the must have cold air feed from the front fog light area back in.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZHK9ZvNoDI

johnny tried to explode the fire.

car kinda ready for its trip to the blackpool lights tomorrow.

mate of a mate of a mate is selling a set of these

quite tempted. said i can try them over the brakes.
