Despite telling me yesterday that the only person yet to be refunded was coldanconversions, I have today received the following email:

We cannot refund the above list as they have not given us any details to use
to refund. They have not requested a refund top date by either email, letter
or phone.

My simple question is, does one that has paid have to MAKE A REQUEST for a refund to get it??? Since payment was made and money came for something that was never purchased, why not be sent back???

my letter has been sent and i have no refund. so how can he say this shit. i paid by bank transfer using the reference 'dobbaz'. i dont understand y we have to tell him how and when we paid. he should have it on record who had paid. neway i send the letter i bit back and havent heard a thing since. now he is saying i havnt got in touch with him. i have wrote to him aswell as sending him an e-mail. i am now getting angry
my letter was also sent to the above address

my post was on the 12th btw and i also said something about my refund a day or two before. the only reason i said ''refunded'' recently was because Ian sent a u2u asking for everyones situation at the moment.
