its not a problem with it staying 'level'. At Oulton I was just trying to set an initial angle of attack and try to make it level for both sides and front

wee trackday and 'test' for Fee at a Baltic Anglesey on Sunday. Great track but a little lacking in facilities
Would have loved to have done the costal track but we were on the GP, so missed out the Cork Screw.
Anyway, here are some pics and vids. We only had the Impreza down as the GTR is still in bits.
Vids: (some with rear cam overlays)

havent updated this for ages
Some pics from TA round 2 in may
Update
I should have some new headers for it for a trackday mid november - see if I can get it back nearner 400bhp.
Also just bought a new turbo - but I'll fit that over new year as the engine will be out getting a few things checked, fueling system altered, new engine mounts etc.
Billet MD321V - so should be good for 500+ on the forged 2.1.

engine is out and old turbo off.... waiting for new mounts and 76mm inlet pipe.
Decided not to fit the fuel cell but to go with a swirl pot setup with 044 pump. The OE tank seems to be in a really good location in the Impreza. Chopped the boot floor oput and sheeted it with Alu. Saved another 5kg or so by chopping out brackets n shit.
Will see about a bigger catch tank too

Everything all back together new fuel pumps (walbro + 044), after finding it had a modified R32 GTR pump in the tank It worked fine, just didnt know its history.
Car fired up and still had an exhaust leak - examined headers and there is a crack in the collectors on one side :S

Is this why the (presumably calmer) Fee entered TA with the Skyline and not you?

Will use it like that for the weekend then see whats what.
Will need a new gearbox aswell as clutch for the planned power.

spent a bit of time with Matty at WP today going over the rr plots of the mapping so far. Boost is tailing off a fair bit... and i'm unsure why :S I think the FMIC is on the small side so thats one avenue. The boost controller is also a pants DSBC-S unit and from experience this hasnt held boost well on previous cars.
Actuator - not sure its weak, and my last turbo with a 1.5bar Forge actuator still tailed off a fair bit... so going by that I would say its either the IC or controller.
Things to try..... Manual BC to test if that holds any better. Check for any wee boost leaks (pressurise the pipe work and have a good listen)... source a bigger/beefier FMIC.
I'll 100% need a new gearbox and clutch but I think that can wait for a while as usual I'll most likely be pretty busy this summer and not have much opertunity to use the car. I'd rather have it running than just sitting waiting for parts in the meantime So for Sat I think medium boost is in order, which will still be about 50+bhp more than normal.
Some pics.....
boot, swirl pot, 044 and now using Walbro as a lift pump.
will see about making a firewall for it soon.
boot now mounted on pins and spring clips... will see about getting a GRP boot skin and chassis mounting the BGW
... and the gaping hole in the rear waiting to be diffuserized
