had ecu plugged into laptop before having a look at things and messing wth settings but it scared me so i turned it off. loaded a map onto it for a z20let which shouldnt be too far off what i need. be better than a standard base map anyways

right here we go the original crank sensor has been causng me an arse as its inside the block so will be a pain for me to set the timing on the ecu plus i cant figure out the wiring for it.
original pulley without teeth for a sensor
x16 pulley with crank sensor teeth
only problem was it wouldnt go on due to the plastic cover behind it with a silly lip on it
bit of grinder action later and it looked like this.
much better.
pulley and cover now back on
need to re drill the pulley now so its sits 180 degrees to what it is now so i can mount the sensor at the front of the engine. just makes life easier as the alt is low down and theres no where to mount the sensor. got one ordered should have it with me tomorrow. then need to make a bracket for it.
also shoved the courtenay tb on. could do with a repaint though as it looks a bit shitty and i cant have that
a good nights work to be fair and i have pizza in the oven and a beer in the fridge so im a happy chappy.
