My list of bits i need to do
Secure engine loom:
Over steering column
Near alternator DONE
Back axel Tie bar (whats on post97 cars) need to be refit
Back axel whiteline arb painting and fitting
Front bottom arm tie bar re fit
Front whilteline arb painting and fitting (need lowering blocks)
Paint all calipers
2front tires even though there only 4 week old (wish i didn't love burning rubber and showing people good burn out)
Secure ECU, fuel pump relay, ron plug DONE
Paint all pillars inside matt black
Die headlining and put in my flocked sun roof
Electric window door cards need to collect of lad and fit
Drivers side kick plate needs putting back in car DONE
Adjust bias valves that i have installed for rear disc conversion
Put front OMP strut brace on
Collect rear adjustable strut brace and fit
Paint and fit rear suspension PAINTED TODAY
Secure handbrake cables
Adjust handbrake (love a 3 notch handbrake)
Paint rear arches red

That's just some of the bits i need to do

Can just make out the ecu this is behind the passenger shelf and glove box



Rear gaz shock springs and other bits when i stripped them



1 painted



2 painted will update Tuesday night when hopefully its ready for the road Wednesday

What is it ??





Fitted bay needs alot of tidying up though and re route things but ill get to that when im happy with car


Thursday been the 1st of month i though i would get it taxed and back on road so 15min off driving around showing dan how well a 2.0 goes and ERMMM SHIT HAPPENED

This parts missing lol. Sheared the hub bugger

So with nothing much to do today i decided to polish and clean the out side i carnt take pictures but o well here is 2 there with iphone aswell lol

I have done that to a hub, it sheared the end of the cv off too, nothing holding the wheel on.

They can go down the back through the large bung on the lower part of the firewall.

He's got it running through the 1.2 hole mate,it's more to the left of the bulk head. Deffo doing that with mine so I can have ECU out if sight.

The car's paintwork look very bright what black to black stuff did you use on the bumpers?

Its the rubber bung that goes through the bulk head and on the in side is above the pedal assembly and above the steering column, its a bugger to get it out the way so it doesn't rub on the column but its ok in the end.

Car is back on the road putting 11's up dans road

Autoglym bumper care but only use a little bit and it last along time, i have also used a mer bumper care in a blue bottle that was as good.

Just make sure you dont use alot other wise everything sticks to it and it goes like wax if it's left and a bugger to get off the paint work
