Create a Virtual Pro, and complete challenges to improve him. The easiest thing to do if you are anything other than a defender or defensive player, is complete the 30 arena challenges. Brings up your skill and shooting! No, you can only play in one VP team Jim Leighton is an 85 just now. All I need to do is catch two fucking crosses to get to the next level. Not hard, surely

Go down to your Virtual Pro, and click on Accomplishments. It'll tell you if you need to make one more header, one more pass etc
