Nothing to update, just that it passed MoT for the second year in a row with nothing failed, just one advisory on rear brake pipes

The tyres are worn on them ONLY on the outside edge, the other 2/3s of the tyre are fine, is that legal? I've had a car passed on MoT with the inner edges worn but wondering if the outside is any different?
