From what I'v heard from the Spurs side, there's been no contact with Harry and its a non starter, thats from a first team player and he might not even be told anyway but thats what he said only yesterday. Personally I think think he likes money and ain't the most loyal person so who knows.

that seems like a decent signingfor you, 2 goals 9 assists last season in the league for lille.

Well Barton has come out and said he wasn't offered a contract. The board want someone younger, better, and cheaper. So this could be Barton's replacement. I personally would like Barton to stay but I think he'll stay over the summer and be gone in January.
Goals from Midfield aren't really an issue for us as nolan has scored a lot for us and I'm sure Ben Arfa will bag quite a few too. I haven't see anything of Cabaye

I know the french league isn't all that, but Lille are now in the champions league, seems strange that their players are considering teams who won't be in europe at all.
I guess that they see this as their chance to play in a better league, at a better standard week in, week out.

I don't see the problem with Friedel? He's a very good keeper imo. Who else is available that's of any good quality? Gomes is a clown so this is a forward step imo.
