I think there are team orders and there are team orders too. 'Fernando is faster than you' isn't sporting but telling the drivers to do something so they can get the cars and drivers home is completely different. To finish first, first you have to finish.

Sorry, I must have missed the part where he legitimately passed (on the track) and moved away from Webber before winning the race
Remind me who won the drivers and constructors championship that season?

Aye, but if that hadnt have happened Seb would have had the title all but won before abu dhabi and not had to rely on a Ferrari strategy fuck up to win it.
Infact, it probably cost Webber his best chance of a title too as he wouldve been championship leader

Didnt Vettel smash into the back of Webbers car when he (Vettel) was at Toro Rosso?

Yep. In Fuji. Then he went and had a little cry about it all.

Thats alright then, Webber would probably be even less deserving World Champion than Hakkinen and Button

Bit harsh on Hakkinen. He beat Scumacher twice, that'll do for me.

No, as we were saying earlier Ben, he carried on then got taken out by Vettel, which made Vettel cry.
EDIT: Lewis Hamilton went on to brilliantly win the race

So Hakkinen is a 'false' world champion?!
He beat the rest of the pack, twice, and deserved the wins like any other WDC winner.

If you have no interest in F1, then why the fuck are you in a thread about F1 spouting nonsense?

It is going to be an interesting season. Webber certainly ain't going to hold back now and if he has a chance in a future race I think will go for it.
I think it is going to make Mark really consider his options. He's made more than enough to stop at any moment. If he walked away mid-season for RBR then it would put their constructors at risk as I am pretty sure the reserve driver is not going to be winning many points if he was brought in.

Fact is though It's obvious Webber isn't fast enough to trouble Vettel over a full season, if he was he'd have done it by now. He's a bit like Button in that respect, when everything is in place he's fast but next week he's back to being the best of the rest again.
Interesting to see what Horner does though, is he willing to sacrifice his team first philosophy in order to keep Vettel happy, at the risk of further alienating Webber? Despite being the slower of the two Webber is still a consistent points scorer which is what Red Bull need to keep their coveted constructors title.

I think it could come back and hurt Vettel the most. Can you imagine what would happen if the championship came down to the wire at the final race and Vettel had to make up one more place to secure the championship and Webber was the car in front of him? Like fuck Weber is going to gift that place to him given what he has done.

In that situation, i'd hope that Webber made Ze German think he was going to pass....and then do a Schumacher special and ram right into the side of him "by mistake".

Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel's Red Bull partnership cannot continue into 2014, reckons ex-Formula 1 team boss Flavio Briatore, who has been part of Webber's management throughout his F1 career.
Asked if he now expected Webber or Vettel to leave Red Bull after 2013, Briatore replied: "That's for sure. Last year, already, there were problems.
