Dealers are pricks anyway, always trying to get you to rush into a deal.

Bloke in work went to order one of those £99 fiestas this week. Got told no chance at that price, despite it being crystal clear on their website. He then phoned another dealer who said no problem. He then rang the first dealer back (who he deals with often) to tell him not to worry as he's ordered elsewhere and now magically, the dealer can do them for £99 a month

Absolutely ridiculous. Stop fucking people around and just give your best price straight away.

Right then you shit twats, slight change of plan

Decided to look at straight finance deals, 0% 5yrs

Been offered from Pentagon vauxhall, £269 per month in White they are going to throw in the 18 inch alloy option from the performance pack FOC

Or 289 for the car in white with the full performance pack, which is the 18s, slightly stiffer suspension and the limited slip diff

Cannot make up my mind

the normal one with 18's is 16.1k over the term.

Thats nearly 3 grand off the list price. Thought I was doing ok with that no other dealer wants a sniff for that

Which ford dealers are renowned for good deals? Iv found massive variances across the vauxhall range, with some swearing they can go no lower than others saying they can

list price on an st-3 btw is 19k, so looking at similar levels of reduction to the corsa

st-1 is still 17.5k

John grose in Ipswich are renowned for giving the best deals to employees. Whether that translates to the general public, I don't know.

St-3 19k? No one would pay that, surely? Think ours was 14 or 15k if we were to buy it.

It'll probably cost you the sale price when the gearbox breaks. Or is that just internet rumour?

A guy in work has recently bought one. It's a stunning machine.

Noone would pay that nope. but I cant see them coming much lower than 16k which I would be paying for the corsa, arent you getting that mainly because youre an employee?

We just get a standard £1700 off fiestas, so add that onto my price and I guess it would be nearly 17k.
