It's in his contract that we've got first refusal if they sell him and if we don't buy him we get 50% of the price he goes for!

as Keys said, you bought him for 500k, had 6 years out of him and sold him for £35m. When he obviously wanted out, so can't complain.

If the contracts are true, then that makes it an even better deal. Although I doubt he'll leave them again, even if he does rarely play

He needs to spend some money on the key players we need. If he doesn't and we win nothing again he'll lose the remaining fans that still back him and he'll be gone next summer.

Probs Cahill long term if he signs him

I think the vice vice captain is always the goalie in our case. Rosicky anmd Arshavin also usually quialify as the 2 eldest players
