seen the first link before, but this is the thing, iv sen loads of sites saying that planning permission has been accepted and work is due to start on a certain date (each time that date comes and no work is done), also read on other sites that that planning permission is continuously knocked back, PLUS theres that law (least i think its a law) that it has to be 20 years before building on NHS can take place, and 50 years because of the chapel in the hospital.
this is my whole point, everywhere we read, its conflicting evidence, plus we had that info from the doctor who said that the site couldnt be built on because of the TB virus.
18 page thread and still no further forward lol.
granted could all be innocent yes, just seems very odd to me, if u read all the evidence together anyways
just make sure you dont stand on a needle if you go tramping about

In some cases the company (Pontins) will still own the land/buildings, if they sell it then a rival company could buy and build a similar resort. Its the same with car dealerships, when a dealer moves they tend to keep hold of the building and leave it empty to stop rival dealers buying and encroaching on their patch.
