yea its way too big.
i was speaking with an ex F1 aerodynamics specialist who worked on the lotus ground effects car whilst i was giving it a new geo and he basically said (like i had done previously) that the wing was only now causing more drag and needed to be lowered, the actual size of the thing isn't too bad and would create some good downforce but just sat way too high..
also adding another smaller spoiler would help dramatically with rearward down force, like the original turbo lip spoiler..
he gave me lots of ideas of things to do which im going to have a look at doing this summer.

i ruddy love it!
its fast, but it has some slow technical stuff which is detrimental to a decent lap time.
let me know when you book it and i will book it aswell.
there are a couple of things id like to sort on the car before the next trackday, new mapping software for deffinate as i just had the map sensor tripping out all the time again.. it just pisses me off that much i cant be arsed to go back on track.  also some body modifications id like to do. i recon it would take me a month or 2 before its ready, if i pulled my fingers out probably a month..

The track is the same for everyone, the slow technical stuff is there for everyone so that isn't the reason for a good lap time...

i meant you have to nail the slow technical parts to be in with a chance of getting a good laptime.. otherwise if you fluff them any potential decent lap is shafted.

basically what happened was the camera car lifted for about 2 seconds before applying the brakes. we was on an outlap all i was doing was matching his braking times so naturally i would always have time to stop but for the corner he lifted.. then applied the brakes and of cause i still had my accel pinned so as soon as he lifted i piled towards him and just litterally ran out of road just.. you can see how slow the spin was really but the grass was wet so i just span lol

What are they 160 bhp? I used to see a blue on in Swindon, I've still got a massive sweet spot for the S1. One of the best looking cars ever made imo.

Thorney motorsports had it made up for his britcar. But the lad who now has it allowed us to make 10 moulds so there is only 11 in the world to my knowledge there is only 3 finished ones so they are pretty rare.
