Dave returned my email today.... gave him all the info and the last mail he sent me said 'refund processed'.

I'll update this thread when I know it's gone in.

Apparantely you cannot use that website if you're under 18

If you're over 18 i suggest you use it, not only will you get your money back, but he'll be ordered to pay court fees, + interest on the money he has had of yours for 8 months

Will cost the tosser more than just refunding you would

i havent yet, however have had an email saying if i sent my details again they would sort it out. details have now been sent so just wait and c now. if after new year still no sign of money, legal action!
