Z (Fly by wire engine) is 125, these are 115. Cams from a Z engine and I'd expect it to be similar power. Inlet and it should be 135 maybe more.
Std sport 1.6 is 100 or 103 depending where you read. Plus the 1.6 revs much slower than this does.
Got a few more jobs ticked off the list, Got a coolant leak to solve and still need to adjust the handbrake but having a night off from it, will crack on tomorrow morning before chris gets here.

X16 in a gsi isn't 100bhp though?

I want a go in one to compare to xe I think

X in a gsi will be, C16 will be 103 or 106, depends where you read lol
Well its finally left my drive and there was a big man with a big smile behind the wheel
Solved the brake light issue by the looks of it, Pedal feel is slightly better too, Now got to sort the rear brakes that are doing fuck all at the moment due to the garage it was taken to, fucking it up.
Now I just need to fix the 12v

i still suspect there is something wrong if the brakes had air in them they would be very spongy, a hard pedla that you have to lift back up is usually MC

bleeding the brakes probably helped as it forced pressure back on the seals in the master cylinder, imo in a short period of time they will resort back to being like they were

From what I understand, the pedal wasn't great before.
If it comes back, we'll change it.

Looks nice that! So so tempted to do one, specially if it pulls well, would be good to see what small tweaks you can do for a lil extra power
