Cheers James Its all coming together now finally, yeah the only annoying thing is now I have move the engine from my house to my girlfriends mum that's going to be a fun day then be going to and from houses to get parts just need it finished now

***UPDATE 6/5/12***

Small update just a few bits and just sorting through my stuff to try and get bit more closer to getting it done

1.6 fuel pump



i need some coolant hoses these are all ive got and the one from the water pump

You don't need to change you fuel pump mate. 12v's are MPI

You can use any multi point injection fuel pump. 1.6 fuel pumps are mpi so yes you can use that, but 1.0 12valves are mpi too so theres no need to change the pump. It won't make the slightest bit of difference. I'm running the 1.0 pump on mine.

Just trying to save you doing unnecessary work

it saves you alot of hastle that mate. Changeing the pump is a cunt of a job. Oh and a scary one too haha. I had my hands in the fuel tank thinking :/ one spark and boom

Well of yours was a 1.0 12v its a mpi pump so you deffo dont need to change it
you set yourself a date for when the engine will be in yet??

Well was speaking to Greggsi he was asking and hoping about next week I'm just doing a bit today then I need to let him know where am up to and that and take it from there, right I get you with the fuel pump I was just told I need a 1.6 one because the engine will demand more fuel and that pump crnt supplie as much
