The buckets are slightly thinner from the standards so they don't line up. I have thought about washers and then getting longer threaded bolts.

Gonna sort them tomoz and the little things that failed on MOT.

They were the stupidest things to :

-horn don't work
-hazard switch isn't in right
-washer motor had died
-one of the hids didn't turn on

Ah well, got re test monday afternoon.

Easy things to fix then for the MOT after all the trouble you have had. Why doesn't the horn work?

I've fitted a GSi steering wheel when i did conversion and could never work out how to wire horn up. :/

Update : 23.06.2012

Right this morning before work i attempted ftting my bucket seats, well the passenger side one incase i messed drivers one up and had to drive to work sitting on the floor.

Didn't go to plan though as the subframes don't line up now with bolt holes in the car. :/ So gonna have to take the bucket seat back off the frame, bolt the frame into the car then offer seat back upto frame and see what depth spacers i'm gonna need. Probs get some longer threaded bolts to. I'm sure i've got some 13mms knocking about.

Anways here's the progress from today :

Passenger seat out

Empty

Frames off

And bolted up with some slight modding done to the bolt holes, had to make them more elongated for them to line up with bucket seats threads

And how i lined them up for people who need to know

Rear bolt

Front bolt

Will attempt it again tomoz as i've got day off. Don't worry they both will be fitted tomoz.
