Luigi I had a good one last night, scored a right corker. Ball came over the top and i let it bounce once and then smashed it in.

we won 2-1 in our biggest game this season. we already had injury worries, then in the 1st half loads of our players got injured one way or another, so had to re shuffle at half time, but it worked better than anyone could imagine!

we went 1-0 up against the run of play, but they took the piss, their keeper come up for the 1st corner of the game and took free kicks was funny

they equalised, then in 88th min (or round abouts) we scored from a corner. awesome

i had a chance late on, rounded the keeper brilliantly, but was offside apparently

we've all but clinched second now

another cup match tomorrow night, which i have a sneaky feeling is a semi final

nice one Gian, your team sounds like it's doing well.

can't wait for it all to start back up again. I want to get myself some comfortable footy boots, nothing too expensive. Heard Mizuno ones are nice. Any ideas?

Russ has Mizuno boots, i hear they are no nonsence comfy boots. how much you looking to spend? i got my total 90's for £11.99 which was a bargain, because they are very comfortable. if you want to go up to that much adidas coppa mondials come highly reccomended.

if you've worn the lightweight ones for a while, you'll def know the difference with the comfort ones.

been wearing the normal ones that offer a little bit of both. Will try the comfort ones though and see how i get on. Feet are usually killing me by the end of a game

Dave we were an absolute shambles

we lost 3-1 last night, and it was all because of certain players who think they're bigger than the team, showing zero respect for the managment and the captain (which was incidentally me ). we started ok. then went 2-0 down.

second half was the worst ever, i won a penalty, and instead of listening to everyone, the 'big' player stole the ball and took a penalty against a keeper he played with for 3 years, i mean WTF needless to say the keeper knew exactly what would happen and saved it.

for some reason, that same player pushed me onto left wing because 'i wasn't doing enough' when he was clearly the one doin zero running, losing the ball and taking wild shots.

then the arguments started, and we deteriorated, even though we got one back, there was no unity, and those said players were getting the ball and taking 40 yard shots.

biggest load of bollocks ever, never being captain again was really looking forward to this cup aswell, we had the best chance of winning it. now our season will end on sunday and hopefully we'll clinch 2nd.

I hate it when arguements break out. Some players on our team also seem to think they're superstars. One even makes it a habit of his to leave the field of play every so often. D!ckhead.

How long have you been playing for the team mate?

dave! i joined at the start of the season.

we had our last game yesterday, we won 5-1 and clinched 2nd place and promotion

i ended (i think) 3rd top goal scorer, with 11 goals (even though i didnt start most games, so quite a good tally imo)

bring on end of season function

i imagine you play with players that have been there a lot longer than you? Can understand how you feel if you get handed the captain's band.

congrats on the promotion. I can't wait for our end of season bash either, gonna get muchos drunk.
