Get autosol on it, and lots of it, then LOTS of wax!

3hours with the autosol and most of it has gone. Just needs a hour or two again. plus a coat of wax.

I believe it is due to the salt on the roads the other night. Gutted

Either way there coming off till weather gets better +main shows start.- june-september. Or contemplating just using them for shows + getting some banded wide steelies for day to day use

a week and its gone like that- im really

Nope, nothing at all. But from speaking to other schmidt owners- its quite common if salt gets on them and is left a few days before cleaning. Should of known better really. But ive learnt from it. + luckily the wheels look near perfect again.

most of it was on the rim. few small specs on centre though. Plus its strange that 90% of it was on the front wheels, not the rear.

Them wheels are too nice to ruin, save them for shows definately. The idea for the banded steelies is spot on, they would look stunning, did a quick PS for you aswell.

omg that is amazing danny! cheers

Will deffo be doing that idea after seeing that photoshop. Now just got to decide what size wheels to have. 14s or 15s? opinions?

With the 14s ill probably look into getting the nova sr steelies. And 15s would be from the Corsa c im guessing?

All black... have thought about that, but personally think i need something to brake the colours up. plus the white or gold will emphasis the banded rim more.

Quite true, maybe colour on the centre of steelies like jimmy's? or a coloured lip, but like you say...bold colour would make the width of the wheel stand out more.
