yeh exhaust is way too loud, hopefully it will get a liltle quieter when i get it out the bumper ans some wrap around it

well found an alternaotr belt to fit from halfords, now the alternator pulley rubs on the chassis leg when i turn left!
whats the deal here? bash out the leg?

all seems level and fine, i have the wide multibelt, it was like it on my old redtop to but someone bent the leg a bit on that

Not all widebelts rub though Nic, seems to be only a few. So either the ones that do rub have warped chasises or the ones that don't rub do . I just bashed the fuck out of my chasis leg and that solved it. Although I had left it so long that the chasis leg hag a whole in it .

That lamba wire looks a little dodgey there.
Mine goes under the scuttle panel and goes down under the boost pipes and is hidden .

I know but, with engine movement it could get caught and then short out on the body, and trust me shorting wires in the engine bay don't end well as I know from expirence.

Yes . Was lucky enough to have a spanner with me so I could yank the battery off before anything major happened. Still had to replace a lot of wires though as they had all melted.

took it out for a little drive today, cant seem to put the power down at all? looks like im going to have to save up for some expensive tyres and a diff?

You would be better off getting decent tyres and suspension setup than a diff a diff is better at reducing wheelspin accelerating out of corners.

Not really. The diff helps reduce spinning up whether you are in a corner or not.
