This VATS system has made the game a bit better, but FFS still shooting people in the head and not even flinching.

i am finding it a bit tendious at times, do think i prefer to be running around shooting people with realistic guns, rather than all this talking, walking to one place, picking something up, walking back

Anti-material rifle is awesome, got the unique .308 sniper rifle but it doesnt even compare to the .50cal

Maybe. Not sure tbh. The achievo doesn't specify, just says 'Recruit All Companions'.
I've only bothered with ED-E and sent him packing now anyways. Prefer to work alone.

I have Boone and ede, Boone is pretty epic.. Can be annoying though when it cuts to his kill cam.. Shit me up a few times, happily strolling along and them BOOM out of nowhere he's sniped someone
I've been killing fiends atm whilst trying to get to the ranger station near jacobstown.. Crept into fault 3 and caused havoc

Just got the blackjack achievement.
I have to train some recruits but my guns stat is 23 and needs to be 25
Got the suite off Benny and now need to hunt him down.
Got about 5 quests on the go

the guide book is great for keeping track of quests etc, lists them all, some are part of the story and then side quests and also free quests which don't seem to appear on your pipboy in the game etc
