PS1 was a drunken idea when PC gaming was well established, although I agree....xbox did bring online gaming to millions of preteen Americans, console gamign wouldn't be at the stage it is today if it wasnt for PC's, consoles these days strive to be PC's, they practically are. PC gaming is still a huge market. I prefer to play games on the PC. COD on a PC has much more flow, smoother and looks like it plays better. This isnt a topic about PC vs consoles though.

I played MW1 on PC and did enjoy it, I'm just much more comfortable with a console pad than a keyboard as ive been playing consoles since i was 5. My brother is the opposite as he was brought up with PCs

I'd buy a console for games like Gran Turismo and the likes but for things like COD and BF it would have to be a PC. My mouse and keyboard is probably ten times as accurate as a console pad

i used to play bf2 on pc and found pretty good but a decent gaming pc cost a fucking bomb, atleast with a console no one has an advantage (unless they hack) with hardware differences ect...

Not dismissing it in any way, just found it interesting that people still use PC's for these types of games which i always considered to be better suited to consoles.

It has done when playing Pro evo, but never during a COD session. (I'm not that bad with Cod rage)
Got 3 black dots on the wall, the missus wasn't happy. controller is still relatively fine though

I said i 'considered' them to be better suited to consoles, not knowing any of the controls for the PC version. If its as simple as point and click with your mouse to aim and shoot I cant see how its any more entertaining that navigating your way around windows.
