Sure it's not the first time you've had someone else's helmet, Alun.

Well I've given up on the front mech, it will not screw even into place ffs, fuck knows why, but rear mech is fitted, just need a 10 speed cassette and chain and I can get back on the road.

Lol.. I don't understand how you're having so much trouble with the front mech. I found mines a doddle to fit.. Just a pain to get indexed properly. Is it band on or screw on?

Honestly, it's not difficult to fit, it's a braze on but the screw will not tighten up enough, might be the threads on it as it tightens so far then jumps back to being not tight at all, it's weird, then put the old mech on with the same screw and it's fine

Where's best place to buy a black stem and flat bars from, preferably GT but main thing is to be black, for a monutain/hybrid bike. Bought one but want to change a few bits! Also could do with a new seat.

I've been enjoying exploring the local woods and creating some new sections, not getting fastest times in all the mud though!

It is a cool app!
Im going to order a Garmin Edge 500 tomorrow as I am off cycling in France next week and don't fancy using my phone abroad. Think the data charges will well out weigh the cost of the Garmin unit.

Are they inshore only?
Online you can use TC10 to get 10% off until Monday.
I used it yesterday for my Garmin.

I don't need a car rack because I have a proper motor that I can fit my bike in.

new 105 shifters, new 105 long cage rear mech, all cables replaced, my rear hanger was bent apparently, wheels trued and everything tightened up, just been out on it and it feels like a new bike, much better.
