That's a pretty bloody good idea shortening the Talon legs Steve I've got a set of those kicking about, I only removed them because they were too unstable being so tall.

Heres the first test vid with the new camera position, i did a few dive bombs too and even managed to pull one and lift off just 6inchs off the deck haha, awesome fun when you have something with power. Also shot this in 60FPS which IMO makes it look much better, was about a 15mph wind too which is the reason for it being a bit wobbly at speed

Where the copter looks like its trying to do a hula-hoop or its 'being flushed down the toilet"..

Get some footage of it in a GPS hold

it stays dead still in the same place when its in gps hold, theres no point in that vid im having no input on the controls so any movement is a result of my input.

Plus it was also fairly windy which was pushing it around a bit

DaveyLC, is a RC helicopter more fun?

I like the idea of a flying rc, not up for a plane, but the drones look a little boring to me and i don't have much need for the footage side of things.

Did you quit the heli's?

Helicopters require 100's of hours of dedication to get good.. I've only had the quad a few months and I fly soooo much better than I could with my helicopter.

Planes the easiest route though.

When you are flying FPV do people pull your trousers down? Seem's prime for having pranks played upon you
