Man of Steel - 8/10

Lacking in story, but very engaging all the same.
Stunning visuals, as you'd expect from Zack Snyder.
Feels very much like a prologue, which I guess it probably is.

Awful reboot too much cgi and not realistic looking cgi either (the lizard looked like they copied king koopa from super Mario bros with bob Hoskins ffs)

Very slow not alot of action and wrapped up too fast, nearly as bad as daredevil

Only positive... Emma Stone

Yea i heard the same but went to watch it anyway, it felt like they were trying to give will the back seat and let young smith take the lead..

A Serious Man - 5/10

Coen Brothers black comedy about a psychics teacher having a mid life crisis. Not funny, didn't go anywhere and the sub story lines were never fulfilled.

Man of Steel - 5/10

For some reason it just didnt gel with me, it didnt really excite me whilst i wathed it, just seemed a bit all over the place. I think id of rather watched the original one.

And whats with all the cgi? Why is it wverything has always got to blow up just so they can use cgi..

Fantastic film. Need to rewatch that soon I think.

It's supposed to be the dialect of a Zimbabwian born person who's lived in South Africa for most of his life.
Always thought it was a mighty cool accent. Genuine South African sounds awesome as well (District 9).

Man of steel - 8/10

Great film and deffo had a bit of the darker action feel to it.
My only gripe was how little we actually got to see superman save members of the public, in the classics there seemed to be quite a lot of that.

Looking forward to watching it again when is out.

Django - too long. Didn't really enjoy it that much. Still not a QT fan. But Christoph Waltz was brilliant. 6.5/10 (0.5 bonus point for Waltz)

World War Z - enjoyed it. Seemed like an almost feasible zombie story. 7.5/10

I realise you're not the brightest so the word 'almost' should probably be looked up in the dictionary. John-boosh-d-Taylor-banned.

Why on earth you would expect an epic film after watching the trailers?

It looked reasonably average at best.

Despicable Me 2 - 8/10

Should probably be a 7 tbh but gave it an extra point because of how many times it made my son laugh. Would be a pretty standard animated movie but for the brilliant minions.
